Shipping policy

Shipping policy:

• The store does not modify the shipping address and it is delivered to the shipping company as is
• The delivery period within Turkey is from two to four working days, and the delivery period outside Turkey is from one week to fifteen working days.
• The store has the right to change the shipping company, if that is (to speed up the order shipping process, for example)

Return policy

Exchange and Return Policy:

1- Our valued customers can return and replace purchases within one day from the date of receipt in the event that the product has a manufacturing defect, provided that the product is photographed and its pictures sent by e-mail before the return or exchange process.

2- It is required that the purchases be in their original condition upon return or exchange with their cover, and the original purchase invoice must be attached.
